Apple + Iron were commissioned to work alongside OBMI for the Gulf City Mall executive offices, level 9; interior finishing, detailing and spatial layouts. The client wanted a space that made an impact on his clients and tenants, while still being functional, comfortable and efficient for staff. The jewel in this design was the large, state- of-the-art conference room. We used a base palette of warm gray and crisp white, with accents of stainless steel and glass. The walls are adorned with large canvases of bright, abstract art, which were commissioned from artist Rosemary Hadeed. We worked closely with her on the colour palette and sizes, making sure that the final pieces enhanced the overall space. From its modern, upscale aesthetic to its open-plan design, the office exudes a level of luxury that is surpassed only by its impressive views of the picturesque Gulf of Paria and the San Fernando Hill

These fully serviced office spaces for rental, include multi-person and co-shared areas, work cafes, reception desks, call centres and meeting rooms, all of which are information technology (IT) enabled. Although Regus is a global brand, working alongside OBMI this office was tweaked to capture that mellow Trinbagonian vibe which immediately puts people at ease. The offices efficiently accomplish a seamless marriage of high-tech professionalism and casual Caribbean charm.
